Pricing

One build fee, one monthly price.

The one-off fee is us building your system and putting your menu in. The monthly keeps it running and keeps changing it. What separates the three is how much you know about what happened while you were not there.

from Rs 110,000 one-off build

Rs 16,000 / month

Scope a Group build

Everything in Control, plus

  • As many branches as you run
  • More than one brand out of one kitchen
  • Takings across every branch in one place
  • Priority WhatsApp and a named contact
  • A block of build time every quarter
  • On-site setup and staff training

Prices include tax — what you see is what you pay. These are the three builds we do most; if your shop needs something none of them describe, that is a conversation, not a fourth column.

Line by line

What each build actually includes.

The gap between Counter and Control is one thing: whether the system can tell you what happened when you were not in the room.

What it is worth

Put your own numbers in.

Not every order that goes missing is anybody's fault — a busy counter loses them on its own. This is only arithmetic; the numbers are yours.

A year's takings Rs 21,900,000
Control, first year — build plus twelve months Rs 124,000
Which is 0.57% of what you take

One order a day at Rs 800 that never reaches the till is Rs 292,000 over a year — 2.4× what the system costs.

Not in the price

Hardware, which you buy yourself.

A tablet and an 80mm printer. We do not sell them and we take nothing from anyone who does, which is why the buying guide tells you what to avoid as plainly as what to get.

What moves the price

How much of the build is yours alone.

The three above cover the shapes we build most, and most shops fit one of them as they are. Anything genuinely particular to your shop either moves you up a tier or is quoted on top — and we tell you which, and what is driving it, before you agree to anything.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

Can we start on Counter and move up later?

Yes. You pay the difference in the build fee and the monthly changes from the next invoice — nothing is rebuilt and nothing is lost. Most shops that do this move up within a few months, usually the first time they want to know who cancelled something.

Is the build fee really one-off?

Yes. It is the build — your system, your menu typed in, your staff set up. There is no second one unless you later ask for a piece of work big enough to be its own build, and you would agree that first.

How long before we can take an order?

Your shop exists the same day. How long until it is useful depends on the size of your menu, since someone has to type it in — usually us, from a photo of the printed one.

Can you take card payments?

Tell us how you want to take money and we will build to it. Today Stellik records the sale and prints the receipt while your own card machine handles the payment; wiring a terminal in directly is work we quote for, so it belongs in the conversation before you sign rather than after.

What if the internet drops?

As it stands, Stellik needs a connection to record an order. If your area's power or internet is unreliable, say so early — a local-first setup that keeps taking orders through an outage is something we build, and it changes the quote.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your orders, your menu and your history are yours, and you can have an export of all of it whenever you ask.

What happens if we stop paying?

The shop is suspended, not deleted, and you take an export with you. We do not hold a restaurant's own trading history hostage.

Can staff see the day's takings?

Only if you want them to. On Control the menu, the staff list, the takings and the cancellation queue are owner screens, and being handed the tablet does not open them.

Not sure which one?

Tell us how many people are on the floor and whether you are ever away from the shop. That answers it in about a minute.
